The Service allows you to upload images, enter design descriptions, select garden styles, and generate or edit visual content using artificial intelligence.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. Artificial Intelligence Content

AI-generated images are provided for creative inspiration and visualization purposes only.

Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or different from your instructions. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party rights.

The Service does not provide professional landscaping, architectural, engineering, construction, gardening, or safety advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making construction, landscaping, electrical, irrigation, or property-related decisions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the images, prompts, descriptions, and other content you upload to the Service.

By uploading content, you grant us permission to process, store, transmit, and modify that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the requested features.

You confirm that:

• You own the uploaded content or have permission to use it;
• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
• You have permission before uploading content belonging to another person.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the way you use generated results.

5. Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use, save, edit, and share the content generated for you for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

We do not guarantee that generated content will qualify for intellectual-property protection.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws;
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Generate harmful, fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or misleading content;
• Upload malicious software or harmful files;
• Circumvent payment, subscription, security, or usage restrictions;
• Abuse free trials, credits, or promotional offers;
• Use generated content for safety-critical or professional decisions without appropriate review.

We may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are violated.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and subscription details are displayed before purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal date.

Deleting the Service does not cancel an active subscription.

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Generated content, saved projects, or account data may be lost due to technical issues. You should save important content to your device.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from:

• Reliance on generated content;
• Landscaping, construction, or purchasing decisions;
• Loss of images, projects, or data;
• Service interruptions or technical failures;
• Unauthorized use of your device or account;
• Third-party services or content.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and the provider of the Service, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for operating, maintaining, supporting, or providing the Service.

Your use of the Service must comply with the applicable App Store rules.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The updated version will include a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
